"Pretty happy with it so far"
I kind of bought this on a whim because my skin had been feeling super dry, especially after showers. Anyway, the soap smells really nice, not too strong, and after using it for a little while, I did notice my skin felt less tight and dry. It wasn’t an overnight thing, though. At first I was like, “Is this doing anything?” but after a bit, yeah, I could tell a difference. Works good for me.

"Smells good, but didn’t do much for my skin"
It does smell really nice, which I liked at first, but after using it for about a week my skin still felt dry. I also had to chase them up when I reached out about it, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not terrible, just didn’t really help me.

Signing up for the Indigo Wild subscription was really simple, and everything has gone smoothly so far. No issues at all, which definitely makes me feel good about sticking with it. It’s nice when a company makes the whole process this easy and reliable.

"I bought this thinking it would be..."
I bought this thinking it would be nice to give as a gift, but the packaging felt cheap and not very gift-worthy. On top of that, the reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive, which made the whole experience a bit more annoying than it needed to be.

I tried a couple of scents from Indigo Wild, they were just okay for me. One of them smelled really nice at first, but it faded quickly, which was disappointing. They’re not bad by any means, but for the price, I was hoping they’d feel a little more special or last longer...

"Smells good, but doesn’t stick around"
I ordered from indigowild.com because the scents sounded really nice, they do smell really good when you first spray them.

The downside, for me, is that the scent fades fast. After an hour or maybe two, I can barely smell it anymore, unless I spray more on.

Shipping was totally fine, and the bottle is cute, but for the price, I was hoping it would last a lot longer on my skin.

I tried Indigo Wild and it was okay overall. The products do smell really nice, which I appreciated, but compared to other natural skincare shops I’ve used, the prices felt a bit HIGH and the shipping took longer than I expected. Not bad, just not my first choice.

The site itself was easy enough to use, but the last time I shopped, a couple of the items I really wanted were sold out. That kind of stuck with me, so my most recent impression is a little mixed. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

"Nice scent, but the quick fade is avoidable"

"Slow support and weird policy gaps"
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of slow and frustrating. What annoyed me more was how they seemed to lean on little policy loopholes instead of just giving a clear answer. Felt like I had to keep pushing to get something straightforward.

"Nice scents, but a little rough on my skin"
Tried a few Indigo Wild items and yeah, they smell great. Shipping was easy enough too, no complaints there.
My skin’s sensitive though, and one soap left me itchy after using it. Nothing dramatic, just enough that I quit using it on my body.
I’d still use them as hand soap or give them as gifts, but if your skin reacts easily, I’d patch test first

"Was promised fresh laundry, but nope"
I bought this laundry soap because it made it sound like my clothes would come out clean and smelling fresh, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. After one normal wash, they still had that weird smell, which was really disappointing. It feels like one of those products that promises way more than it actually delivers.

"Really happy with what I got"
I’ve ordered from Indigo Wild a couple of times now everything’s been really nice. The packages showed up packed well, smelled amazing as soon as I opened them, and shipping was quicker than I expected. I like that the scents are noticeable without being too much, if that makes sense. No problems so far, so yeah... I’d definitely order again

"Really liked it at first, but what happened??"
I wanted to love this brand because my first order was great. The scent was nice, the texture felt right, and it worked really well for me. But then I ordered again and it just felt... different?? The scent wasn’t quite the same, and the texture seemed a little watery compared to the first bottle. One bottle lasted and worked great, but the next one didn’t hold up nearly as well. For the price, I expected things to be more consistent. Customer service was fine, nothing bad there, but I’m not totally sure I’d order again??

"Prices felt fair to me"
So... I was happy with the prices on indigowild.com. Compared to a few other places I looked, nothing felt overly expensive, and the quality seemed right for what I paid. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely consider buying again if the prices stay around this range.

"Seems Legit, Even to My Suspicious Brain"
I usually side-eye companies when they start talking about ethical sourcing, because you never know what’s just marketing smoke and mirrors. But these folks actually explain their ingredients and where things come from clearly, which made me feel a lot less like I was being fed a corporate cover story. The products worked well for me too, so no complaints there. I knocked off one star because shipping was slower than expected, maybe just regular delays, maybe the warehouse gremlins at work. Either way, I’d still order again.

"I ended up having to return one..."
I ended up having to return one item because it just wasn’t quite what I needed, even though the rest of my order was fine. I messaged them while I was making coffee and expected to wait a while, but they replied quickly. The return was simple, no weird back-and-forth, and the refund showed up a few days later. way less stressful than I thought it would be.
